The Grand Entrance or Exit is a one-time event focused on your dramatic arrival or exit from a venue. It’s a brief, elegant ride designed to highlight your special moment. Pricing: $250 introductory flat rate (+tax) Includes: A short carriage ride to your desired venue destination or exit point. Within 1 mile (Max) of venue; roads permitting. Ideal for: Customers who want a dramatic and magical carriage ride to be the highlight of their entrance or exit, without needing the carriage for an extended time. Duration: 30-45 minute booking, (Includes time for poses & photos.) Split payments in 4 with “Affirm or AfterPay”
Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions Thank you for choosing The Love Carriage for your Valentine’s Day experience! Please review the following terms and conditions: 1. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled ride to receive a full refund. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are will be refunded minus a 20% fee. • Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals, missed bookings, or weather conditions. 2. Rescheduling • We understand that plans can change. Rescheduling is allowed once if requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. 3. Waiver Requirement • All participants are required to sign a liability waiver prior to boarding. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking. Your waiver will be available for Signature in your confirmation email. 4. Weather Conditions • The Love Carriage operates rain or shine; however, we reserve the right to cancel rides in the event of unsafe conditions. If we cancel, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. 5. Arrival Time • Please arrive at your designated pickup point 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened ride. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
