Grand Entrance & Grand Exit Experience Make a memorable first impression or a magical final farewell with our signature Grand Entrance & Grand Exit Experience. Designed for weddings, proms, galas, quinceañeras, sweet 16s, and other special occasions, this experience focuses on creating a beautiful, unforgettable arrival or departure in our luxury electric carriage. Starting Price: $299 (+ tax) **Includes:** * Luxury carriage arrival or departure experience * Up to 45 minutes reserved for your experience * Time for photos and posing * Coordinated staging and presentation for your special moment Perfect For: Guests who want a dramatic, elegant, and memorable entrance or exit to be the highlight of their celebration. Booking Duration: Approximately 30–45 minutes, including staging, photos, boarding, and the carriage experience. Flexible Payment Options: Split your purchase into easy payments with Affirm or Afterpay. Pricing may vary for locations outside the Atlanta core area based on travel distance, timing, traffic, and event logistics.
Cancellation Policy
Payment Full payment is due upon receipt of your invoice. For select services, you may pay a $100 deposit to reserve your date. Your booking is not confirmed until payment or deposit is received. Deposits All deposits include a $50 non-refundable portion. The remaining $50 may be refunded if you cancel at least 7 days in advance. Final payment is due **no later than 72 hours before the event**, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation Policy City Tours: Cancel at least "24 hours in advance" for a full refund. No refund if canceled within 24 hours. Grand Entrance & Custom Events: Cancel "7+ days in advance": Full refund (minus - $100 non-refundable deposit) Cancel within 7 days: 50% refund Cancel "within 24 hours": No refund No-Shows: Missing your event without notice is treated as a same-day cancellation and is "non-refundable". Weather & Safety If we cancel due to weather, safety, or equipment issues, you’ll receive a full refund (including any deposit) or can reschedule. Waivers All participants must sign a waiver before the event. You’ll receive a link to complete it online. Time Limits & Overage Fees Your booking is for the time listed in your invoice. A 15-minute grace period may be offered. Extra time without prior approval may result in additional charges. Changes All special requests or changes must be approved in advance to avoid disruption.
