Our Destination Booking experience allows you to reserve the carriage for a dedicated block of time, giving you full flexibility to create unforgettable arrivals, photo moments, rides, or staged experiences exactly the way you envision. Designed For Events Outside Atlanta & Surrounding Areas Destination bookings are for celebrations beyond our standard Atlanta service zone. We’ve proudly traveled for events across Georgia communities outside metro Atlanta, as well as destinations in Alabama, South Carolina, and beyond. If your event isn’t in Atlanta — this is the experience for you. Cancellation Policy
Payment Full payment is due upon receipt of your invoice. For select services, you may pay a $100 deposit to reserve your date. Your booking is not confirmed until payment or deposit is received. Deposits All deposits include a $50 non-refundable portion. The remaining $50 may be refunded if you cancel at least 7 days in advance. Final payment is due **no later than 72 hours before the event**, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation Policy City Tours: Cancel at least "24 hours in advance" for a full refund. No refund if canceled within 24 hours. Grand Entrance & Custom Events: Cancel "7+ days in advance": Full refund (minus - $100 non-refundable deposit) Cancel within 7 days: 50% refund Cancel "within 24 hours": No refund No-Shows: Missing your event without notice is treated as a same-day cancellation and is "non-refundable". Weather & Safety If we cancel due to weather, safety, or equipment issues, you’ll receive a full refund (including any deposit) or can reschedule. Waivers All participants must sign a waiver before the event. You’ll receive a link to complete it online. Time Limits & Overage Fees Your booking is for the time listed in your invoice. A 15-minute grace period may be offered. Extra time without prior approval may result in additional charges. Changes All special requests or changes must be approved in advance to avoid disruption.
