How It Works
1. Tell us your story. Add the TLC Love Song to your booking and answer a few simple questions: who they are, what they mean to you, and what you want them to feel. This is the heart of the song, so share as much or as little as you'd like.
You don't need to be a writer. Tell us how you met, an inside joke, the thing they always say. We'll handle the rest.
2. Choose the sound. Pick a male or female voice, a musical style, and a mood. Not sure what fits? Choose Surprise Me for any of these, and we'll choose the voice, style, and tone that best match your story.
3. We turn it into music. Your first version is typically ready within 48 hours of receiving your completed questionnaire. Listen to your first version, and if something doesn’t feel quite right, let us know. One complete set of changes is included.
4. Press play on the moment. Your chauffeur plays it at just the right time during your ride, and your guest hears their own song for the first time.

After you book, you'll receive a link to your song questionnaire. That's where you'll share your story and choose the sound. The sooner you complete it, the more of your story we can put into the song.
On the day of your ride, your chauffeur will play the song at just the right moment.

Timing & Policies
Timing
Your first version is typically ready within 48 hours after we receive your completed questionnaire.
The more time we have, the more of your story we can put into your song. We recommend completing your questionnaire at least 3 days before your ride.
Changes
After your first version, you can send us one complete set of changes, including wording, details, or the overall feel of the song.
All change requests must be received more than 24 hours before your scheduled booking.
Additional rounds of changes may require an additional fee depending on the scope.
Booking close to your ride date? We'll still do our best to create something special, but the opportunity for changes may be limited because of the shorter timeline.
