Payment Your booking is not confirmed until payment or deposit is received. Cancellation Policy City Tours: Cancel at least "24 hours in advance" for a full refund. No refund if canceled within 24 hours. No-Shows: Missing your event without notice is treated as a same-day cancellation and is "non-refundable".
